Salvalco’s innovation & research director receives Emeritus Professorship

This recognition is a testament to his decades of pioneering work in aerosol and spray technology, including his groundbreaking role in developing Salvalco's Eco-Valve, said the company.
As an Emeritus Professor, Ghasem will now have the opportunity to dedicate even more of his time to nurturing the next generation of innovators and supporting Salvalco's work.
He will continue working alongside students and researchers at the University of Salford, sharing his expertise and helping to develop cutting-edge, sustainable technologies – including Salvalco’s latest breakthrough, the Eco-Inverted valve.
This recent innovation builds on the success of the original Eco-Valve, offering enhanced performance and flexibility for a wider range of applications, while remaining entirely propellant-free, added Salvalco.
Professor Nasr said: “I am honoured to receive this recognition from the University of Salford. It’s a privilege to continue working with the talented students and researchers there, driving forward new sustainable technologies. I truly believe that by fostering innovation and collaboration, we can continue to develop solutions that benefit both industry and the environment. Not just here in the UK but across the globe."
