The Household and Commercial Products Association (HCPA) is inviting proposals from industry experts and thought leaders to present at its Annual Meeting in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, taking place 6–9 December 2026.
HCPA is open to submissions from both members and non-members. Topics may relate to any of the association's seven product divisions, or cover legislative, regulatory, scientific, sustainability, communications or business issues affecting the household and commercial products industry. Marketing-oriented presentations will not be considered.
Proposals must include a short abstract and presentation title, three to five key takeaways for attendees, and an outline of how the session will be made interactive. The event draws around 350 attendees from across the supply chain, including C-suite executives and senior leadership.
Confirmed speakers may be placed in a panel format alongside speakers from other companies. Sessions will vary in length, and audience Q&A is encouraged.
HCPA does not offer speaker fees but can provide a discounted registration rate for selected proposals. Speakers will also have the opportunity to participate in 25-minute one-on-one 'brain date' appointments with attendees.
All speakers must be able to attend in person. Visit the HCPA website for more details.
