‘Innovate together’ announced as theme for ADF&PCD Paris 2020
The 2020 ADF&PCD Paris will be the first event in which the conference agenda has been developed in partnership with an official advisory board, made up of senior industry members. The advisory board includes experts from many of the biggest names in personal care, cosmetics and drinks such as Beiersdorf, Kao and Unilever.
Josh Brooks, event director at ADF&PCD and PLD Paris 2020 said: “Our advisory board is an evolution of our existing relationships with the market. It’s a strong endorsement of the quality of content we offer each year, both in our theatres and across the show floor. It also demonstrates just how deeply ADF&PCD has become embedded within the community since its launch in 2001.”
Confirmed speakers for ADF&PCD 2020 include senior representatives from brand owners including Johnson & Johnson, Beiersdorf and Diageo. Key themes will include technical challenges, sustainability and material choice, consumer and market trends, design inspiration and cross-functional team challenges.
One of the highlights of ADF&PCD Paris will be the awards celebrating the very best in the sector. September’s ADF&PCD New York event saw Lindal and DuPont win a joint award in the Technical Application category for their GREAT STUFFTM SMART DISPENSERTM product. The Paris event will also see the introduction of a brand new show, PLD: Packaging of Premium & Luxury Drinks.
