Private equity firm Insight Equity has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire IKI Manufacturing, a contract aerosol manufacturer serving household and industrial markets from its base in Edgerton, Wisconsin.
Insight Equity, headquartered in Southlake, Texas, focuses on mid-market companies across a broad range of industries. The firm has not disclosed financial terms of the transaction.
Jason White, who has been appointed CEO of IKI Manufacturing following the deal, said the acquisition would allow the two organisations to deliver greater value to customers.
White takes the top role having previously served as the company's chief operating officer. Founder Andy Walker will transition to an advisory role on the board of directors.
The announcement acknowledged the contribution of both Andy and Megan Walker to IKI's recent performance, with White crediting their dedication as central to the company's success.
Both parties said they are committed to a smooth transition for employees, customers and stakeholders, with plans to expand IKI's market reach and develop its service offering following completion of the deal.
IKI Manufacturing provides contract aerosol filling and packaging solutions across multiple business segments, operating within the broader household and industrial aerosol supply chain.
