Salvalco and SNS EcoPack open Thailand factory as Eco-Inverted valve enters production
Salvalco and manufacturing partner SNS EcoPack Ltd (SEP) have held the official opening ceremony at a new manufacturing facility in Thailand, less than a year after announcing the expansion. The purpose-built factory incorporates the latest production technologies for greater efficiency and increased aerosol valve capacity.

Alongside existing Eco-Valve production, the new facility is now manufacturing Salvalco's Eco-Inverted valve, which enables nitrogen-powered aerosols to perform reliably when used upside down — a requirement for products including sun protection sprays, insecticides, deodorants, dry shampoos and paints.

Peter Shaw, managing director, said: 'Opening this facility is far more than the completion of a building. It represents years of planning, investment and collaboration with our partners at SNS EcoPack Ltd. Most importantly, it gives us the manufacturing capability to support our customers as adoption of nitrogen-powered aerosols accelerates around the world. The addition of Eco-Inverted production alongside Eco-Valve demonstrates our commitment to bringing innovative, sustainable aerosol technologies to market at scale.'

Salvalco said international demand for nitrogen propellant aerosol technology continues to grow as brands seek alternatives to LPG-derived propellants, and that it has been investing in R&D and manufacturing capacity over several years to support that growth. The Thailand facility is intended to provide the platform for future product innovation and continued support for brand owners transitioning towards more sustainable aerosol solutions.
