Australian aerosol manufacturer Aeropac has acquired Melbourne-based Aerosolve, adding a second production site to its network and extending its national coverage to customers in the south and west of the country.
The deal increases Aeropac's production capacity and supply chain resilience, with the company citing growing customer demand for operational flexibility and long-term manufacturing reliability across a range of industries.
Aeropac said the acquisition brings additional technical expertise and industry experience alongside Aerosolve's existing customer relationships, which it expects to support the next phase of its growth.
