US adhesives, sealants and specialty tapes manufacturer Forza has expanded its facility in Council Bluffs, Iowa, in response to growing demand for its aerosol spray adhesives.
The company's portfolio comprises more than 25 spray canister adhesive products for seven sectors: industrial, transportation, insulation, construction, tilt-up concrete, marine and composites.
Forza said the expansion reflected sustained growth across its spray adhesive lines and supported its focus on domestic manufacturing, shorter lead times and application-specific product development. Each product is formulated for the bond requirements, substrate compatibility, cure speed and regulatory standards of its intended use.
"Every segment we serve has different substrates, different production speeds, different regulatory environments and different failure modes," said Rick Glenn, owner and CEO of Forza.
"A tilt-up concrete crew bonding foam reveals on a casting bed has completely different needs than a composites manufacturer fixturing fibreglass mats before resin infusion. One formulation doesn't solve both problems. We built a portfolio that does."
