FEA re-elects Dario Steiner as president for second term

The European Aerosol Federation (FEA) has re-elected Dario Steiner as president for a second two-year term. The vote took place at the federation's General Assembly in Czechia.

Addressing members, Steiner said his first term had been a time of major change for the organisation. "Two years ago, FEA was at a crossroads. The long-term future of the Association, and even its survival, could not be taken for granted," he said. "Thanks to the commitment and collaboration of our members, Board, committees and partners, we have renewed our momentum and strengthened our role within the industry."

He thanked Secretary General Alain D'haese and the Board of Directors for their work through a difficult period. He also thanked the Czech Aerosol Association for hosting this year's assembly, and encouraged other national associations to put themselves forward to host future FEA events.

During Steiner's second term, FEA plans to increase involvement from its members, particularly small and medium-sized national associations. It also aims to strengthen its international leadership and to keep supporting an industry that faces growing regulatory and sustainability pressures.

The federation said it remains committed to representing the shared interests of the aerosol sector and to supporting an innovative and sustainable future for the industry.
