Global aerosol dispensing specialist LINDAL Group unveiled three new actuator solutions at this year’s Paris Packaging Week 2026, expanding its portfolio across healthcare, personal care and homecare applications.
Launched during the Aerosol & Dispensing Forum, the new actuators – Snap, Luna and Matteo – reflect the company’s focus on application-driven design, functionality and innovation within the aerosol industry.
Healthcare-Focused Precision with Snap
Snap is a spray-head actuator developed specifically for nasal healthcare applications. Available in adult and child versions, the actuator supports sterilisation processes and incorporates a mechanical break-up spray system to deliver controlled and effective dosing.
Designed for use with LINDAL Group’s bag-on-valve (BOV) systems, Snap is also compatible with standard nasal overcaps. The solution has been engineered with patient safety, reliability and performance in mind, making it suitable for a range of nasal formulations.
User-Friendly Safety Features in Luna
Luna is a Ø35mm twist-lock actuator targeted at personal care and homecare products. The actuator features a visible on/off indicator and an audible click mechanism that confirms whether the device is in the open or closed position, helping to reduce the risk of accidental actuation.
Suitable for aluminium and tinplate cans, Luna is compatible with all of LINDAL Group’s male valves and BOV systems. The actuator also supports the company’s full range of inserts and can be customised through multicolour combinations, allowing brands to strengthen packaging differentiation.
Flexible Customisation with Matteo
Matteo is a Ø45mm spray-head actuator developed for personal care products. The two-part actuator is compatible with aluminium transfer and tinplate cans of 45mm diameter.
The actuator is available with both mechanical and non-mechanical break-up inserts, providing flexibility in spray performance. It is compatible with LINDAL Group male valves CA39 and LIP, while offering colour customisation options for the body and finger pad to support brand identity.
