IMPACT2023 will feature experts to discuss industry trends

The Household & Commercial Products Association (HCPA) will host its Mid-Year Meeting, IMPACT2023, on 3 May through 5 May at The Mayflower Hotel in Washington DC, US, writes Nicholas Georges, senior vice president - scientific & international affairs.
Over the course of three days, attendees will learn about and engage with the public policy issues that impact the household and commercial products industry.
This year, experts will discuss chemical regulations, such as 1.4-dioxane and PFAS, microplastics, packaging, including Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and Household Hazardous Waste (HHW), pesticide registrations and sustainability.
Specific to HCPA’s aerosol products division, programme sessions will educate stakeholders about aerosol technology, address how to more effectively use the aerosol delivery form and discuss the development of new aerosol industry practices and methods.
Experts from government agencies will cover a number of topics, including allocations and technology transitions for aerosol products under the American Innovation and Manufacturing (AIM) Act, updates related to Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) and...
