‘World-leading’ line marking paint gets a makeover
While there have been no changes to the paint formulations and the performance of the product, ROCOL stated that the redesigned packaging reflects the company’s commitment to innovation and enhancing the user experience for its customers.
The changes also reaffirm the company’s continued full compliance with regulations, such as REACH and CLP, with updates made to the safety texts on the packaging, it said.
Other changes include a new QR code on the packaging which takes customers to the EASYLINE EDGE landing page on the website, streamlining the process of finding out more information about the product and speaking to an expert at ROCOL.
The organisation added that the new pictograms highlight the product’s key selling points - like sharp lines, less waste, and quick drying.
The new design also presents a more modern and attractive look, it continued.
A further change is the addition of the EASYLINE Applicator now appearing at the bottom of the aerosol can, with an angle illustrating that it is part of the system and how to locate it in the applicator.
ROCOL claimed that this update meets the needs of its distributors by more clearly making the link between the cans and the applicator.
ROCOL has opted to announce the redesigned packaging during ‘line-marking season’, often labelled during the spring and summer months due to it being an opportune time to refresh line-markings both inside and outdoors.
The announcement follows product updates made by ROCOL in Q4 last year, which slashed downtime, reduced waste, and gave even sharper lines when applied with the Applicator, said the company.
Furthermore, EASYLINE EDGE 750ml contains up to 100% more paint solids than other 750ml aerosol paints on the market, which the company said will reduce waste and the need for frequent purchasing.
Finally, the product updates last year meant that the EASYLINE EDGE line-marking paint is now capable of drying within eight minutes and can be traffic-ready in 30 minutes, claimed ROCOL.
