European Aerosols acquires Novasol Spray
This acquisition has been in progress for some time, according to the organisation. Over the past year, outgoing CEO Ramón Ferrer and incoming CEO Jürg Vogelsang have been negotiating the terms of the handover, resulting in the incorporation of the esteemed Catalan company into the Dutch multinational group.
On July 17, the Swiss CEO visited the Spanish company’s facilities to meet the employees and officially complete the transition.
Jürg Vogelsang commended the excellent work done over the decades to position Novasol as a leading entity in the sector in both Spain and Europe.
He expressed his commitment to supporting the Novasol and Pintyplus teams, acknowledging their significant contributions in terms of value, innovation and creativity.
He emphasised the company’s human and productive capabilities and pledged to maintain and enhance them.
Ramón Ferrer’s partner, Luís Sabatés, thanked everyone who made this project possible.
Built on the foundations of effort, enthusiasm, talent, and proximity, the project has reached this point thanks to the contributions of many individuals over more than 40 years.
He spoke of Pintyplus as a vision led by various people over the decades, now set to be guided by new leadership. He expressed confidence that the brand will endure, absorbing experience and talent, and expanding beyond its structural and national boundaries.
As a result of the acquisition, the company will gain increased opportunities, resources, and a broader international presence.
It will enhance its productive capacity, solutions, and resources, enabling it to offer even better service and a wider range of products to its loyal and extensive customer base, who have long supported Pintyplus and will now benefit from the additional advantages European Aerosols brings to the brand.
