B’laster Holdings acquires maintenance, repair products firm Casite

B’laster Holdings has acquired Casite, a globally distributed brand of premium maintenance chemicals and innovative tyre repair products.

Casite is best known for Motor Honey™ oil and maintenance treatments and EZ Connect Tire Repair™ – an emergency tyre inflator and leak sealer.

“Casite fits perfectly with our focus on repair-it-yourself brands that solve real-world problems in and around the house and garage,” said Randy Pindor, president and CEO of B’laster.

“Consumers and automotive professionals have trusted Casite products for nearly 100 years and we are so excited to continue growing the brand across the globe.”

B’laster Holdings was formed in 2020 following the acquisition of AC Avalanche by B’laster Corporation. Its brand portfolio now includes AC Avalanche, B’laster and Casite. The new structure provides strategic and operational flexibility, enabling the firm to continue serving its retail and distribution customers.

“We will continue to evolve and grow B’laster Holdings with a focus on market-driven opportunities that allow us to leverage our competitive advantages,” said Pindor.

“Bringing the Casite brand under our umbrella is an exciting step for the future of B’laster Holdings.”

With four locations, B’laster Holdings employs staff in both Ohio and Texas, the company is led by a leadership team consisting of Randy Pindor, Ted Bradley, Hernan Cano, and Chad Moline, who was welcomed as B’laster’s vice-president of operations in August.
