ABAS appoints Alyne Freitas executive president

Alyne Freitas at ABAS' 60th anniversary celebrations
Brazil's aerosol association - Associação Brasileira de Aerossóis (ABAS) - has appointed Alyne Freitas as its executive president.
Freitas is a dedicated professional with a passion for the aerosol industry, noted ABAS, adding that she brings an innovative vision and a solid commitment to the future.
Over the past three years, Freitas has played a key role in restructuring ABAS, supporting the continued growth of the aerosol sector.
"The great mission is to unite the Brazilian industry to disseminate strategic information, promote sustainability and foster innovation," said ABAS.
"We are excited about the future and confident that, in this new phase, we will continue to make a difference in the market, promoting sustainable and collaborative development for all."
Freitas stated: "I am very grateful for the trust of the valuable and active Board of Directors of ABAS - Associação Brasileira de Aerossóis for the decision. Denis Cruz, Moacir C., Rafael Alan Silveira, Lucio Xavier, Csilla Almasy, Jorge Angel, Marcelo Jorcovix, Douglas Kielwagen, Aislan Pereira, Ingredi Gaudrevicius and Paulo Fernando Gordo.
"Gratitude also to the Almasy family of Aercamp, especially to vice president Attila Almásy for inviting me to this exciting activity in the difficult post-pandemic situation. The dear vice president also for the inspiring female leadership, Geisa Carla Cividini Miksza."
