Voyant Beauty acquires KIK Personal Care
Chicago, US-based Voyant Beauty Holdings, a full-service partner to the personal care and beauty industry, has acquired KIK Personal Care (KPC) from KIK Custom Products.
Voyant is a major manufacturer of hair care, bath, body, and skincare products to established and emerging brands. The acquisition of KPC will broaden the firm’s product offering – which includes aerosols – and enhance product development and innovation capabilities.
Combined, Voyant Beauty can offer customers expanded manufacturing capabilities through 15 facilities in the US and internationally.
