Formulated Solutions hires VP of supply chain and customer service
Formulated Solutions has welcomed Michelle Kiernan to the newly-created role of vice president of supply chain and customer service.
Kiernan is a seasoned pharmaceutical operations and supply chain professional with 25 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, customer service, and supply chain management.
In her new role, Kiernan’s focus will be on optimising the process flow from order entry to delivery while ensuring complete satisfaction for Formulated Solutions’s brand partners.
Before joining Formulated Solutions, Kiernan spent 17 years at Catalent Pharma Solutions and held various leadership roles with increasing responsibility in operations, customer service, and supply chain management. She also worked for Wyeth Vaccines in both quality control and operations.
Kiernan holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania.
