ADF Innovation Awards winners to be announced this month
The winners of this year’s ADF&PCD and PLD Innovation Awards will be announced in virtual ceremonies on 22 and 23 June.
Three separate ceremonies will celebrate the latest in packaging innovation at the following times: PDF Innovation Awards: 22 June, 1pm to 2.25pm CET (12pm to 1.45pm GMT); ADF Innovation Awards – 22 June, 3pm to 4pm CET (2pm to 3pm GMT); and PLD Innovation Awards – 23 June, 1pm to 2.15pm CET (12pm to 1.15pm GMT).
The annual awards recognise the best in packaging design and innovation from multinational and independent brand owners, design agencies and packaging suppliers. The ADF Innovation Awards for aerosol and dispensing systems market first ran in 2007.
More than 160 packaging projects were entered into this year’s awards, a record for the competition. Entries were judged by an ‘influential jury’ of packaging directors at key brand owners, leading designers, and independent experts, said Easyfairs.
“This year’s Innovation Awards have highlighted some incredible innovations and the whole team is excited to reveal the winners,” said Christelle Anya, content and community director of ADF&PCD and PLD Paris.
“As well as celebrating our industry’s amazing creativity and ingenuity, these awards give a real insight into the trends that are defining packaging development today and will be essential viewing for anyone looking to understand the key challenges for the packaging supply chain in 2021.”
