thyssenkrupp Rasselstein online store enables custom tinplate configuration
thyssenkrupp Rasselstein is now offering the capability for customers to configure rasselstein® Express materials themselves within its Packaging Steel Shop - thus expanding the range in its online store.
Configured material is ready for dispatch within 14 days, according to the German company.
"With the configurator, we enable our existing customers to configure their own packaging steel based on the Euronorm 10202:2022," said vice president Sales Europe, Thomas Denkel. "Customers can select packaging steel according to their needs, define the tin weight, specify the desired dimensions or select the temper of the material. Coil and sheet material can be ordered."
Since its launch in August 2018, the web store has established itself among Rasselstein customers as an addition to the product portfolio, according to the company.
"In addition to the high quality of our premium packaging steel and the personal service, our customers appreciate the flexible and uncomplicated coverage of their short-term requirements in the Packaging Steel Shop," added Denkel.
