R-V Industries, a leading provider of industrial engineering and manufacturing solutions and parent company of MBC Aerosol, has announced the acquisition of R.W. Hartnett (Hartnett), located in Philadelphia in the US.
Hartnett, founded in 1880, is one of the most experienced sources for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and confectionary printing, laser writing/drilling, and vision inspection equipment.
“The Hartnett acquisition expands our products and services in the food and pharmaceutical industries,” said Kirk A. Putt, president and CEO of R-V.
