The European Aerosol Federation (FEA) has announced it is hosting a contest for skilled start-ups with experience in the aerosol industry.
The winner will receive free exhibition space at the FEA Lounge during the Aerosol & Dispensing Forum (ADF), part of Paris Packaging Week.
The successful start-up will also receive the 2025 Start-Up Award, promoting innovation and technical excellence for start-ups that enhance processes to be more sustainable, faster, safer, more sensitive, reliable, disruptive, digitalised or connected 4.0, said the FEA.
This year's winner was Visionairy, a French company that has developed software that is powered by a unique patented AI and plug & play on standard cameras system.
“We are very proud of this award, and we want to thank the FEA,” said Daniel Blengino, co-founder and CEO. “We are addressing a key issue in the industry, which is quality. This industry is already very mature in computer vision, so succeeding in bringing a true innovation that pushed performance boundaries really interested the jury, while talking about reducing scraps, costs and enhancing production reliability.”
Interested parties are advised to send applications with a brief description to info@aerosol.org
