On 19 March WD-40 Company's board of directors announced a quarterly dividend of $0.88 (€0.81) per share, payable 30 April to stockholders of record at the close of business on 19 April.
WD-40 also announced it has scheduled its second quarter 2024 earnings conference call for 9 April at 2pm PDT.
On this call, management will discuss financial results, business developments and other matters affecting WD-40.
