What first drew you to this industry?
I’m originally from the Cleveland area, which is a hub for successful paint and chemical companies, so I have had a lot of exposure to this type of industry from an early age and the familiarity is what initially drew me into the sector. I don’t think I ever fully realised how many different aerosol products were out there, touching almost every end market, either directly or indirectly. So joining an industry with this type of reach and relatability with consumers was something that really interested me.
What is the best thing about your job?
The best thing about my job is the ability to make an impact across the organisation. It may sound cliché, but truthfully – it is the people I work with on an everyday basis that make my job incredibly rewarding. PLZ has some of the most talented individuals in the industry, and I continuously get a chance to challenge myself and learn from them every day.
