January 2026 will mark a significant milestone in Salvalco’s growth journey, with the opening of a brand-new manufacturing facility in Thailand, set to scale up production and drive innovation for years to come.
As global demand for more sustainable aerosol solutions continues to rise, Salvalco is proud to be investing in its future with the construction of a purpose-built factory just outside Bangkok in the Nakhon Nayok region.
The facility, currently under development, and in partnership with long-standing contract manufacturing partner Sanit & Sons, will be operational in January 2026 and represents a key step in delivering on the company’s growth strategy.
Covering 1,000 square metres, the new site is four times the size of the current factory and has been designed with efficiency and scalability in mind.
It will serve as the primary production base for Salvalco’s expanding portfolio of aerosol valves optimised for inert gas propellants such as nitrogen, including the Eco-Valve, Eco-Inverted and Eco-Dose.
“We are delighted to be continuing our long-term partnership with Sanit & Sons to develop our new factory near Bangkok,” said Peter Shaw, Managing Director at Salvalco.
“As a fast-growing business, our new facility will be equipped with the latest technologies to boost productivity and support the assembly of our new Valve technologies.
"Increasing demand for our products goes to show just how much the market is embracing the change to nitrogen-powered aerosol, with our investment ensuring much needed capability to meet that future demand.”
The new facility will not only take over current Eco-Valve production but will also support the industrialisation of future valve technologies such as Eco-Inverted and Eco-Dose valve ranges.
With space for further manufacturing cells, the site also offers the flexibility to scale capacity beyond current forecasts over the next three to five years, including doubling output for existing product lines if required.
This expansion will also create jobs for the local community, with Salvalco’s Thailand-based team expected to double in size once the factory is operational.
Peter Shaw added: “This is an exciting new chapter for Salvalco. The investment not only reflects the confidence we have in our technology and our team, but also our ambition to better serve a growing and diverse base of global customers.
"As demand increases across multiple categories, having the right infrastructure in place will allow us to scale efficiently, respond faster and continue supporting our customers and partners in the best way we can with sustainable, high-performance aerosol solutions.”
