Aerosol valve and actuator manufacturer Precision Global announced that it has appointed two new members to its board.
Steve Lawrynuik and Christian Voegeli will join the board as independent directors to support Precision with their longstanding industry and management experience.
Lawryniuk has more than 20 years in the industry with senior leadership and management roles at Husky Injection Molding Systems, a firm dedicated to providing injection molding equipment and services to the plastics industry.
“The Board highly appreciates Steve’s experience regarding the execution and management of transforming initiatives,” said Precision CEO Mario Barbero.
“We are confident that Steve’s competencies will be helpful to strategically support Precision’s future growth.”
Voegeli possesses more than 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, most recently serving as the CEO of Global Closure Systems (GCS), a packaging company specialised in plastic closures and dispensing systems with a net worth of $600 million (€527 million).

“We are convinced that his specific knowledge and background will be a strong pillar to expand Precision’s leading role in the market.”
Both Lawrynuik and Voegeli will join Michael Lay and Ryan Mashinter as well as Barbero on Precision’s board.
