Imagine a manufacturing world where the performance of production floor employees is evaluated as seamlessly as cricket players' stats are accessed with a single click on an internet browser search. Just as we effortlessly view a player's strike rate, average score, best performance, awards like ‘Man of the Match,’ and even probabilities of team success when they achieve certain milestones, why isn't the same level of transparency applied to evaluating production workers in industries?
Why is it that the contributions of production workers, who diligently provide their best efforts on the floor, aren't evaluated with the same clarity and objectivity? Instead of relying on arbitrary estimates and fixed slots for recognition and benefits, shouldn't their performance be assessed based on measurable criteria that reflect their actual impact on production outcomes?
