Nestlé USA opened a new manufacturing facility in Glendale, Arizona, on 28 January.
The Grand Opening saw local city and state officials attend.
"As the definitive leader in the refrigerated creamers category, we know coffee culture in the US is booming—about three quarters of Americans drink coffee weekly," said Daniel Jhung, president of beverage division at Nestlé USA.
"70% of those cups are whitened, making it a strong opportunity for creamers and other coffee enhancers. Producing go-to brands like Coffee mate, natural bliss and Starbucks creamers, the Glendale facility allows us to continue delivering on the needs of today’s evolving coffee trends and positions us to lead the future growth of the category for customers and consumers.
