LINDAL appoints new sales manager in Shanghai, China
Rachel Chen has been appointed LINDAL’s new sales manager in Shanghai, China. The firm said the appointment forms part of its commitment to better serve the Chinese market.
Chen will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and establishing a footprint for Lindal in China. After graduating with an English major in 2010, Chen built up an in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry in China, which is one of the key areas Lindal will be servicing.
In a statement, Lindal said: “Rachel brings with her experience in sales and business development roles, firstly from within the packaging industry, working with a multi-national pharmaceutical transportation company, and also with Bureau Veritas consumer product service and trading company.”
Lindal is establishing an ‘on-the-ground presence’ in China, a country producing over three billion aerosols annually. By working closely with customers in the region, Lindal is seeking to introduce key products that provide ‘innovative and differentiated’ solutions to benefit Chinese consumers.
