Italy-based Ferrari Meccanica has acquired 100% of Metal Press, a leading company in the aerosol sector.
Metal Press has been manufacturing tinplate components for over 30 years and is able to provide a wide variety of formats, all of which can be customised with various paint finishes, protections and types of compounds that make them suitable for use in all types of aerosol products.
The operation marks a crucial moment in Ferrari Meccanica's expansion journey, consolidating its prominent position in the steel packaging market, according to the company.
