FEA Start-up Award 2026 opens applications for aerosol innovators
The European Aerosol Federation (FEA) has officially opened applications for the 2026 FEA Start-up Award, inviting cutting-edge start-ups in the aerosol and dispensing sectors to showcase their innovations during ADF Paris 2026, part of Paris Packaging Week.
Selected finalists will gain the opportunity to exhibit their work at the FEA Lounge during the Global Aerosol & Dispensing Summit - one of the industry’s most influential gatherings - with complimentary exhibition space provided.
The prestigious FEA Start-up Award honours breakthrough technologies and forward-thinking solutions that demonstrate excellence in sustainability, speed, safety, sensitivity, reliability, and the integration of digital and Industry 4.0 capabilities.
Last year’s award went to Rise Reforming, a chemical manufacturing company that will modularly transform unrecyclable mixed plastic waste into cost-competitive carbon negative chemicals.
With the 2026 award now open, FEA is calling on the next wave of innovators to step forward.
Entries must include a brief description of the project and be submitted via email to info@aerosol.org.
Even in the most progressive regions, recycling rates struggle to surpass 20%, exposing a major environmental and safety challenge within waste management systems, said Mike MacKay, co-founder of GARA (The Global Aerosol Recycling Association)
