Everspray wins SATA Advancement in Formulation Award

Previous winners include Procter & Gamble (2023) and Lysol-Reckitt (2024).
Everspray replaces alcohol and traditional HFCs with advanced HFO propellants, producing 31-micron microdroplets that stay suspended in the air for extended periods without leaving residue.
While initially used for fine fragrance and home scenting, the technology can disperse a wide range of actives, from skincare and haircare to medical and technical applications. Toxicology testing indicates it is safe for use on skin.
SATA praised the technology as a significant step forward for aerosol science, enabling stable, alcohol-free diffusion at scale - a challenge long considered impossible.
Marcelo Zelicovich, CEO of Doctor Aromas, said: “This validation from SATA marks the start of a new challenge: bringing Everspray to the world through global licensing and making this technology available across industries.”
Doctor Aromas, a family-owned business with R&D operations in Oakland Park, said it has now positioned itself as a global innovator beyond its niche fragrance origins.
