Coster has announced that L’Oréal has selected its packaging solutions for the new L’Oréal Paris Spray Infallible, the brand’s well-known long-lasting make-up fixator.
The product is equipped with Coster’s Milano actuator, paired with the NKPM continuous valve. This combination ensures excellent precision and consistent performance, delivering a fine and controlled spray that meets the demanding standards of professional cosmetic application, said Coster.
To further enhance the uniqueness of the pack, Coster has applied its texture effects technology to deboss the L’Oréal Paris logo directly onto the overcap. This was achieved by using removable cavities on the mould, allowing for a customised visual and tactile effect without altering the standard production process.
The result is an exclusive cap developed specifically for L’Oréal, while retaining standard components across the rest of the packaging. This approach represents an optimal balance between customisation and efficiency, demonstrating how innovation in tooling and design can add brand value without compromising manufacturing performance.
