Cosmopack 2026, one of the world’s leading trade fairs for the cosmetics, personal care and fragrance supply chain, will take place on March 26-28 at the BolognaFiere Exhibition Centre in Bologna, Italy.
Spanning five exhibition halls and adjacent spaces, the event brings together suppliers and manufacturers from every stage of the production process — from ingredients and raw materials to machinery, packaging and labelling. The show runs alongside Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna, the international showcase for the beauty industry.
Ingredients, raw materials and fragrance
The Fragrances & Ingredients Zone will feature ingredient producers, raw material suppliers and distributors presenting both new and established materials. The area is designed as a hub for R&D professionals, product developers and brand owners seeking formulation ideas and sourcing partners.
Among the exhibitors, Austria-based Kern Tec will present its upcycled stone-fruit seed oils, cold-pressed from apricots, cherries and plums. The company also repurposes the pit shells as exfoliating materials for skincare and body care formulations.
The fragrance sector will be well represented, with Scentmate by Firmenich and eps Fragrances (Spain and Turkey respectively) among those showing new scent concepts. Hall 20 will host exhibitors across active and functional ingredients, raw materials, supplements and formulation consultancy.
Machinery, automation and robotics
Hall 19 will focus on production equipment and automation technologies for ingredient processing, filling and packaging. Cosmopack remains one of the few trade fairs where beauty manufacturers can see machinery demonstrations specifically tailored to cosmetics production.
Exhibitors in this area will include Marchesini Group (Italy), Roboqbo (Italy), Wish-Tech (Taiwan) and WooWonMix (Korea). Other participants include Citus Kalix (France), part of the Coesia Group, Contec Group (Italy), Deremaux (France) and Fazendas Stainless Steel Engineering (Portugal). WooJung Tech (Korea) and IMA Group (Italy) will also present their latest equipment for colour cosmetics and packaging automation.
The machinery section offers manufacturers the chance to compare technologies side by side, assess scalability and identify options for improving productivity and integration.
Manufacturing, formulation and packaging
Cosmopack is also a key meeting point for contract manufacturers and product development specialists offering OEM, ODM, private label and turnkey services. Exhibitors will include Ancorotti Cosmetics, Fiabila, Intercos, Regi Laboratories, Schwan Cosmetics and HCT by kdc/one.
Primary and secondary packaging suppliers will showcase innovations across glass, plastic, and metal formats. Among them are Berlin Packaging (US), Baralan, Brivaplast and Lumson (all Italy). These exhibitors will be located across Halls 15, 15A, 18, 20 and 28, with clear signage and connected routes throughout the venue.
More to explore
Cosmopack also features companies specialising in logistics, materials handling, digital tracking systems, accessories, tools, and applicators, alongside consultancies and industry media.
Educational sessions will take place at the Cosmopack Stage (Hall 20), covering current and emerging technologies in the supply chain. The Cosmopack Awards will once again recognise innovation in formula development, packaging design, materials, and sustainability. Entries open in December 2025, and winners will be announced during a live ceremony at the show.
Cosmopack continues to serve as a focal point for innovation and collaboration across the global cosmetics and fragrance supply chain.
