Two years after acquiring 40% of ALM, SL, Colep Packaging has executed the purchase of the remaining 60% of the Spanish aluminium aerosol manufacturer.
With this transaction, Colep Packaging has acquired the entire share capital of ALM, and is reaffirming its ambition to grow in the aerosol market.
In 2024, ALM is expected to achieve sales exceeding €16 million.
By 2026, the company plans to double its production capacity for aluminium aerosols and a post-acquisition expansion plan is in place, involving an investment of over €15 million.
This additional investment primarily focuses on improving the infrastructure and increasing the production capacity of the Barcelona plant, enabling it to better serve the Iberian and European markets.
With over 35 years in the business, ALM produces and sells a wide range of aluminium packaging solutions, specifically for the food, beverage, cosmetics, personal care and household care industries.

Colep Packaging’s industrial infrastructure is currently based in five locations: Vale de Cambra, Portugal; Kleszczów, Poland; Navarra and Barcelona, Spain; and Querétaro, Mexico.
