Alyne Freitas Silva, president of the Brazilian Aerosol Association (ABAS), tells World Aerosols about Brazil’s latest filling figures.
World Aerosols observed that, from 2011 to 2022, the total increase in aerosol production was 500 million aerosols per year. According to Freitas Silva, there are two fundamental reasons for this: the structuring of the Brazilian industry to meet the demand previously imported from Argentina, and the growth of domestic consumption - driven by enhanced consumer access.
