American Spraytech acquires NJ aerosol facility five miles from headquarters

American Spraytech has acquired an aerosol facility, previously occupied by Falcon Safety Products, in Branchburg, New Jersey in the US, five miles from its headquarters on Meister Avenue.
The assets of Falcon Safety Products were recently acquired by Lighthouse for the Blind, which said it plans to establish two new facilities in Berkeley, Missouri, with the aim of expanding employment opportunities for individuals who are legally blind.
American Spraytech said the acquired building will support its rapidly growing operations, with the potential to add an additional 60+ million units of filling capacity.
"It’s an important step as part of our larger plan to grow both our developmental and manufacturing capacity and capabilities in 2024 and beyond, so we can be the best possible partner to our existing customers, while paving the way to welcome new customers who would like to collaborate with us," said American Spraytech.
