Aerosol Association of Australia appoints new Executive Director

The Aerosol Association of Australia has appointed Gary Bowman as its new Executive Director.
Dr Bowman, who holds a PhD in Chemistry, brings more than 30 years of senior regional and global experience in the chemicals manufacturing sector, most recently with Reckitt, where he focused on product innovation and regulatory affairs.
Association President David Cowper said Dr Bowman’s extensive background made him an ideal choice for the role.
“Gary brings an incredibly strong track record in these key areas and shares the Executive’s passion and commitment to see the Association build upon its proud 61-year history of providing leadership for the Australian aerosol industry,” Cowper said.
Dr Bowman commenced in the role on 10 November.Under the servicing agreement with the Aerosol Association of New Zealand Inc., he will also serve as Executive Officer of the New Zealand body.
