ADF&PCD and PLD Paris shortlisted for events industry award
ADF&PCD and PLD Paris has been shortlisted for a prestigious international events industry award.
The AEO Excellence Awards are organised by the UK’s Association of Exhibition Organisers, the leading trade body for event organisers such as Easyfairs, the company behind ADF&PCD and PLD Paris. The show has been shortlisted in the ‘Best International Show – Europe’ category.
The annual event, which incorporates the aerosol and dispensing forum, is accompanied by seven other events in the awards shortlist, including label and technology show Labelexpo Europe 2019, which took place in Brussels, and the cosmetics ingredient event in-cosmetics Global 2019, which took place in Paris.
In a statement, Easyfairs said ADF&PCD and PLD Paris 2020 was a “breakthrough year” for the event. Attendee numbers topped 10,000 for the first time and more than 650 exhibitors were present.
Josh Brooks, event director, said: “It is wonderful to have this sort of recognition from our colleagues in the event industry. But we could not have achieved the success of the show this year without the incredible hard work of our exhibitors, our speakers and our media and association partners who make it all possible, and the support of the many major brand owners who send their teams to our event. We’re very proud to work with this fantastic community and I’d like to thank everyone involved in the show.
“Of course, I am delighted for all of the team here at Easyfairs and would like to thank every one of my colleagues who worked so hard to bring the community together so successfully in Paris in January.”
