“A day in the life”

Bill Frauenheim, vice president, operations at Diversified CPC International spoke to World Aerosols about his career, achievements and aspirations for 2023.
Can you tell me about your journey from the start of your career to your current role?
“I began my career with Diversified CPC in 1983 after graduating with a Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering degree from Penn State. My first position was as a plant operator which provided me with valuable hands-on operating and maintenance experience prior to accepting a plant/process engineering role in my second year with the company.
"After progressing to engineering and safety manager positions, I left the company in 1989 to accept a senior area support engineer position in the aerosol products packaging industry, where I managed the propellant operations and provided engineering support for product compounding and propellant charging operations and participated in the corporate critical safety committee.
"Following a change in ownership in 1992 at Diversified CPC, I rejoined the company to manage the operations and engineering of Diversified CPC’s multiple processing...
